The editor of New Leaf News – newsletter of the Community Green Initiative based in Falkirk, has included this review of The Sky Handbook in the Spring 2010 edition:

"Published by Saraband in Glasgow, written by John Watson ... & Michael Kerrigan, this hefty little book is a delightful, beautifully crafted and immensely informative tool for everything you could possibly want to know about the sky. We recommend this book with pride that it is a Scottish publication of such merit, and as THE gift to give anyone – child or adult – who has an interest in astronomy, atmospheric phenomena, weather, clouds, air quality and climate change."

Published last autumn, stocks are now beginning to dwindle, so if you'd like to follow up on the editor's gift recommendation, act fast! We're not sure when we'll be able to reprint.
